Reference: Patent is reproduced below (scroll down); designer A Philippe, filed Jan, granted Feb 1942. Brunialti, American Costume Jewelry - Art and Industry (2008) Vol 2 p 119, two dragon variant. Luxe et fantaisie: Bijoux de la collection Barbara Berger (Paris, 2003), pp. 152-3, for the black enamel and pearl version.
Condition: Excellent - minor wear to goldwash on back only
