Reference: The 'Sheherazade' series was described in Women's Wear Daily, 24 Aug 1934, and pictured 21 September 1934, sectn 2 p 9; click thumbnail above to view. Compare a bracelet from the series TKF7803. WWD 7 Apr 1932, p 17, had already reported Trifari was 'proudest of its pin clip double, which may make either one brooch, one clip or two clips' - evidently the m,echanism used here. The more familiar patented Trifari Clipmate mechanism came later, in 1936.
