Reference: The mark is of the Ciro Company (https://www.illusionjewels.com/research/costumejewelrymarksc.html), but this is identical (down to the underwear) to pins signed Trifari - compare TKF6220. Brunialti, American Costume Jewelry - Art and Industry (2008) Vol 2 p 135. Patent is reproduced below (scroll down); designer A Philippe, dated 1947. Other examples were produced in sterling. Ciro, a British company, bought in and put its own stamp on pieces designed and produced by other firms (including Mazer, Boucher, and Dujay), from as early as the 1930s to as late as the 1960s.
