Reference: Patent is for the matching necklace, designer Alfred Philippe, dated Dec 1945. Necklace and Bracelet were advertised together in Vogue, 15 Dec 1945 p 9: click thumbnail above to view ad. Non-use of sterling suggests a date after 1946-7, late 40s.
Condition: Very good - slight bends in a couple of links
