Description: gold plated base metal, rhinestones, enamelling. The letter 'V', and the morse code for V (three dots and a dash) are cut into the body of the anchor. The workmanship is of Boucher standard
Marked: Pat Pend (on clip)
Reference: There is no patent despite the mark. Design, construction, and non-use of Sterling date this to early 1942, after the US declaration of war and thus the call for 'Victory'
Condition: Excellent - minute chip to lower left point of one ruby stone
