Marked: Ciro (pin), earrings unsigned
Reference: The penguin is identical in design to the DuJay patent of 1939, reproduced below. Ciro, a British company, opened in NY City in 1938. Ciro also had its stamp put on pieces manufactured for it by Mazer, Boucher and Trifari, from the late 1930s to the late 1960s - see eg DAZ589, TKF4728 ••Reference Links - daz589 tkf4728
