Reference: Mark, design, construction, and non-use of Sterling date this to the 1950s or 1960s. Brunialti, American Costume Jewelry - Art and Industry (2008) Vol 1 p 245 on the company, founded in NYC in 1940 by Frederick Mosell, the chief designer.
