Reference: Design, construction, and non-use of Sterling date this to 1940-42. The same seven sided stone was used in a similar Boucher Peony flower design (featured in Jewels of Fantasy), with characteristic pin clip and single serifed letter mark - BOU2357. The design is closely similar to a July-August 1941 Trifari patent - see TKF7433 - probably both derive from a contemporary fine jewelry design. Reference Links - bou2357 tkf7433
