Reference: The single letter with serifs is a characteristic Boucher mark. Brunialti, American Costume Jewelry - Art and Industry (2008) Vol 1, pp. 47-61, part of the metallic enamel animals, flowers and fruits series of 1940-41, some patented. The description of the new Marcel Boucher collection at Rike-Kumler's, in the Dayton [OH] Herald, 27 Feb 1941, p 26, says that all the pieces were inspired by the Garden of Eden; click thumbnail above to view.
