Marked: MB (phrygian cap, very partial stamp)
Reference: Advertised in Vogue 1 Nov 1944 p 26; click thumbnail above to view advertisement. Patent is reproduced below (scroll down); designer Marcel Boucher, dated 1944. The sterling mark has been so partially stamped as to be invisible.
