Marked: Maker's mark (W in inverted triangle), Pat 1933576
Reference: Rainwater, American Jewelry Manufacturers, p. 253 for the mark identified as that of JJ White of Providence RI, founded 1903 and in business to the 1970s. Patent for the bracelet construction ('a method particularly applicable to the manufacture of one-piece filigree bracelets') is reproduced below (scroll down); designer Edward Weed, assignor to JJ White Co of Providence, dated 1933 - dating this bangle to the mid-1930s
